Services Provided

Onboardng agrees to provide study-aboard application, visa processing, flight and hotel to the Client. The Agency will utilize its resources and expertise to ensure the best possible travel options are presented to the Client, taking into consideration the Client's preferences, budget, and any special requirements. The Agency will communicate with the Client regularly to provide updates and address any questions or concerns that may arise during the planning process. The Agency will act as an intermediary between the Client and the Intended embassy, school, and travel provider.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information to the Agency.
The Client acknowledges that certain travel arrangements, such as visa applications and health requirements, may be the responsibility of the Client and agrees to comply with any necessary procedures and regulations.
The Client agrees to make payments to the Agency in a timely manner, as outlined in the payment terms specified below.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Agency for the services rendered in accordance with the pricing and payment schedule provided by the Agency. Payment may be required in the form of a deposit to initiate travel planning, with the remaining balance due upon confirmation of bookings or as otherwise agreed upon between the parties. The Client acknowledges that additional fees, such as cancellation or change fees imposed by third-party travel providers, may apply and agrees to be responsible for any such fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Agency will make every effort to assist the Client in rescheduling or canceling processes and travel arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable providers (Embassy, Higher-Educational Provider) or Travel Provider.

Note: Refunds cannot be made for study, visa processing, but applications will be made again for free if a visa is denied (NB: Only one additional application would be done in the case of a visa rejection).

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on the date of signing and shall remain in effect until the completion of the any/all processing. In witness whereof, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

Restrictions

There are terms and conditions set apart for the purchase of travel-related products and reservations, as you are bound by the terms and conditions of any and all suppliers. By making any payments and abiding by the regulations and caveats in connection with the availability and use of products and fares, you are bound by the terms and conditions of usage. Certain service providers offering certain services may require you to agree to their liability waiver before requesting/subscribing/purchasing those services.

You may view, download, and copy information and materials available on this website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may also use such material within your organization in connection with the support of Onboardng's products. As a condition of use, you agree not to modify or revise any of the material in any manner, and to retain all copyright and other proprietary notices as contained in the original materials on any copies of the materials. No other use of the materials or information is authorized. Any violation of the foregoing may result in civil and/or criminal liabilities.

Information you submit

Regarding all information you submit to us, you hereby agree and warrant:

Such material or information is not confidential or proprietary and Onboardng shall be free to use any such information in any manner to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and publicly display and perform such submissions throughout the world in any media, now known or hereafter devised; and

Use the name that you submit in connection with such Submission. You acknowledge that Onboardng may choose to provide attribution of your comments or reviews (for example, listing your name and hometown on a hotel review that you submit) at our discretion, and that such submissions may be shared with our supplier partners. You further grant Onboardng the right to pursue at law any person or entity that violates your rights or Onboardng’s rights in the Submissions by a breach of this Agreement.

We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Submissions posted or submitted by you. We have no obligation to post your comments; we reserve the right in our absolute discretion to determine which comments are published on the Onboardng website. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not provide us with any submissions and you agree not to take any action against Onboardng in relation to the use of such material or information.

If you own or have unrestricted rights to the material or information submitted to Onboardng, you shall indemnify and render Onboardng harmless against any claims, suits, proceedings, expenses of any type whatsoever, brought against Onboardng in connection with infringement of third-party rights in respect of the material or information that you submitted.
